Privacy, explained plainly.
This notice explains how Sajid Ali Khan trading as Aghavion handles personal information through aghavion.com, support communications and the current pre-launch ClearView Pro environment.
Last updated: 17 September 2026
1. Who is responsible for your information?
The data controller for the current Aghavion website and support service is Sajid Ali Khan trading as Aghavion, United Kingdom. Contact: support@aghavion.com.
2. What information may be processed?
- Support and contact information: your name, email address, message content, attachments you choose to send, and normal email-routing metadata.
- Website technical information: limited request, security and delivery data processed by the infrastructure used to serve the website.
- ClearView Pro data: the current desktop product is designed to keep client accounting data on the user's computer during ordinary use. Aghavion does not receive that client accounting data merely because the application is used.
3. Why is information used?
Information is used to answer support and product enquiries, maintain service and security, keep necessary business records, diagnose technical issues, and take steps requested by prospective or existing users.
The lawful basis will depend on the context and may include taking steps at your request before entering a contract, performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, and legitimate interests in operating, securing and supporting Aghavion software and services.
4. Providers and recipients
Aghavion currently uses Cloudflare for website/DNS infrastructure and Microsoft 365 for business email. Those providers may process technical or communications data as service providers under their own contractual and security arrangements. Information is not sold to advertisers.
5. International processing
Infrastructure providers may process or store information in more than one country. Where UK data-protection law requires safeguards for international transfers, Aghavion relies on the provider's applicable contractual and legal transfer mechanisms.
6. Retention
Personal information is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including support history, security, dispute handling, accounting or legal obligations. Retention is reviewed according to the nature of the record and the continuing business or legal need.
7. Cookies and analytics
The current Aghavion website code does not deploy advertising analytics or behavioural-tracking cookies. Hosting and security infrastructure may use strictly necessary technical mechanisms to deliver and protect the site.
8. Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, UK data-protection law may give you rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing of your personal information, and in some cases to data portability. To exercise a right, email support@aghavion.com. Aghavion may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
9. Complaints
If you have a privacy concern, please contact Aghavion first so it can be investigated. You may also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
10. ClearView Pro commercial changes
The commercial-readiness programme may later introduce online licence activation, entitlement or purchase services. This notice will be updated before any new personal-data processing becomes part of the commercial product.
