ClearView Pro goes on sale as soon as its licence agreement has been approved by our solicitor. Register interest and we will tell you the day it does.

Every licence includes

  • Your practice name, logo and accent colour on client-facing reports
  • Xero, QuickBooks Online and template imports
  • Offline Help Centre and User Manual
  • Perpetual licence — keep using it, with no subscription

Licence terms

  • One licence = one named user (a person or the practice), activated on up to 2 computers
  • Your licence number (CVP2-######) is emailed, normally within 1 UK working day
  • Activation is offline: ClearView Pro creates an activation request; upload it in your account (or email it) and we return your licence file, normally within 1 UK working day
  • Full refund within 14 days of purchase if the licence has not been activated
  • Optional yearly renewal of updates and support (currently 30% of the licence price). Not renewing never stops the versions you are entitled to
  • New computer? Settings → Licence → Transfer licence to another computer
  • A later major version (version 3) is a separate product

After you buy

From purchase to activated in three steps.

  1. Licence numberYou receive your licence number and invoice by email, normally within 1 UK working day.
  2. Activation requestIn ClearView Pro, open Settings → Licence, enter the licence number, choose Create activation request… and save the .cvreq file. Upload it in your account.
  3. Licence fileWe email you when your signed licence file (.cvlic) is ready to download. Choose Import licence file… — activation takes effect immediately.
